THG Hanger is a China-based hanger manufacturer and supplier located on Jiangdong Road, Yiwu City, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province. Since 2015, we have worked with wholesale buyers, importers, garment brands, hotel suppliers, retail chains, apparel stores, supermarket buyers and private label customers who need stable hanger supply and practical OEM support.

Hanger Supply for Wholesale and OEM Buyers
Different buyers need different hanger solutions. Plastic hangers are often used for garment factories, supermarkets, retail chains and large-volume wholesale programs. Wooden hangers are suitable for suits, coats, hotel rooms, premium retail display and private label garment presentation. Metal hangers are used for laundry, dry cleaning, slim storage and durable hanging applications. Clip hangers are commonly selected for pants, skirts, garment sets and apparel display.

Factory Cooperation and Production Follow-Up
THG Hanger works with hanger production and assembly support covering around 6,540 square meters, including material storage, production, inspection, packing and finished goods areas. Around 70 people are involved in production, QC, packing, warehouse, sales and sourcing support. Production and assembly support covers plastic, wooden, metal, velvet and customized hanger orders.
Our production support includes injection molding, wood cutting, sanding, drilling, polishing, spray coating, metal bending, hook assembly, logo processing and packing work. Monthly capacity is usually around 400,000–600,000 pieces, depending on hanger material, structure, logo process and packaging requirements.
Quality Checking Before Shipment
Hangers may look simple, but buyers often care about strength, surface finish, hook quality, clip tension, color consistency and packaging protection. Our quality checking process usually includes material inspection, size check, surface finish review, hook strength check, clip tension check, logo position check, load-bearing test, packing quantity check and final pre-shipment inspection.
For private label and branded orders, we pay extra attention to logo effect, barcode label, carton mark, packaging layout and repeat order consistency. Third-party inspection can also be arranged if required by the buyer.
Packaging and Export Support
We support different packing methods for wholesale and OEM hanger orders, including bulk carton packing, individual polybag, set packing, paper sleeve, header card, retail box, barcode sticker, inner carton, export carton and custom carton mark.
Shipping terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be discussed according to order size and destination. Ningbo Port and Shanghai Port are commonly used for export shipments. Our main markets include North America, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia and Australia.
How We Work With Buyers
To prepare a clear quotation, we usually need hanger type, material, size, color, hook finish, clip style, logo method, packaging requirement, order quantity and destination. If you already have a sample, drawing, product photo or packaging reference, it will help us check the project faster.
Sample lead time is usually 5–10 days for most custom projects. Mass production usually takes 20–35 days after sample approval and deposit confirmation, depending on material, quantity, logo process and packaging method.
